Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Mimelio account and all associated data at any time. This page describes how to do it, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

1. How to delete your account

You can delete your Mimelio account in two ways:

Option A — From the Mimelio app (recommended)

  1. Sign in to https://app.mimelio.com.
  2. Open Settings → Account.
  3. Click Delete account in the "Danger zone" section.
  4. Confirm the deletion by typing your organization name.

The deletion is processed immediately. Refresh tokens are revoked with Google within seconds.

Option B — By email

Send an email from the email address associated with your Mimelio account to support@mimelio.com with the subject "Account deletion request".

We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

2. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your Mimelio user account and authentication credentials.
  • All Google Ads OAuth refresh tokens and access tokens (revoked with Google).
  • All connected Google Ads accounts, customer selections, campaigns, ad groups, keywords and metrics synced from Google Ads.
  • All your projects, clusters, intent groups, experiences and personalized landing-page variations created in Mimelio.
  • All analytics data tied to your account.

Operational logs that are required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance may be retained in anonymized form for a limited period as required by law.

3. How fast does it happen?

When you trigger the deletion from the app, your data is removed from our active systems immediately. Backups are rotated regularly and your data is permanently purged from backups within 30 days at most.

4. Revoke Google access independently

You can also revoke Mimelio's access to your Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. This stops Mimelio from being able to refresh access tokens, but does not delete your Mimelio account — to fully delete the account and all associated data, follow Option A or B above.
